The next meeting of the Troop Committee will take place from 7:15-8:15
during the November 15th troop meeting. All parents are invited to attend.
This will be an important meeting as we will be selecting dates for the
2011 activities previously selected by our Scouts. Adults are asked to
bring their school, church, personal and COLLEGE FOOTBALL schedules to
this meeting so we won't have conflicts with what we select.

The Committee will select our 2010 Scout of the Year during Monday's
meeting. We have four excellent candidates so be sure to attend if you
want to vote.

Important November Due Date: November 29th - Scouts sign up for December
18th Communications Workshop (information was distributed via a handout to
the Scouts needing this merit badge).

For advancements and merit badges to be presented during the December 13th
Quarterly Court of Honor, the advancements and badges must be earned by
December 6th.

Scouts desiring to finish the Morse Code requirements for the Signaling
Merit Badge should contact Tom Whiteside to make arrangements to finish.

earn this badge, Scoutmaster Gray must be notified of the completion by
December 27, 2010.

Scouts DO NOT need cell phones or other electronic devices during troop
meetings. Leave these items at home or keep them "off" and out of sight
during our meetings!
